Terms and Conditions

• No Refunds: All sales are final due to the custom nature of our products. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
  
• Payment: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order amount is required at the time of order request to secure your spot. The remaining 50% is due 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
  
• Order Changes: Any changes to your order must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date. After this period, no changes will be accepted.
  
• Cancellations: Orders canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date will receive a 50% refund of the total order amount. Cancellations made within 7 days of the delivery or pickup date are non-refundable.
  
• Pickup & Delivery: Orders must be picked up in the Andover, MN area. Delivery within a certain radius may be available for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.
  
• Allergies: Our cookies are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
  
• Product Variation: Our cookies are handmade and may vary slightly in size, color, and design. These variations are not grounds for a refund or return.
  
• Liability: We are not liable for any delays or damage to the products once they are in the process of being picked up or delivered.
  
• Use: All products are intended for personal use only and are not for commercial resale.
